The work includes purchase-order document processing for an ERP workflow, a multilingual WhatsApp engagement platform, a learning platform, and a self-hosted infrastructure project. The case studies explain constraints, architecture, validation, and results rather than providing access to confidential client systems.

Usama is based in Ontario, Canada. The education section lists a Computer Science degree from the University of Saskatchewan and an MBA program at Carleton University.
