2026-01 – 2026-08. Automation engineering for an industrial distributor, from order intake to fleet-wide IT operations.

- Built Ordex, a Python and FastAPI tool that reads customer purchase-order PDFs and turns them into orders in the Epicor Prophet 21 ERP. It handles 1,500+ different customer layouts.
- Designed it to try the cheapest reliable method first: plain text extraction, then OCR, then a trained model. Every release has to clear a 22-module test suite before it ships.
- Answered data questions by querying MySQL and Epicor Prophet 21 directly, confirming what the database actually held and tracing where two sets of numbers had drifted apart.
- Automated software rollouts across the company fleet with PowerShell, Action1, and Group Policy, including services that restart themselves after a failure.
- Turned repetitive IT work into scheduled scripts: onboarding steps, recurring checks, and cleanup jobs that used to be done by hand.
- Ran day-to-day support across hardware, software, printers, network, VPN, accounts, Microsoft 365, and staff onboarding and offboarding.

### Software & AI Engineer — Multiple Clients

2024-07 – present. Contract work for two clients: modernizing an accounting firm's systems, and building an agentic research platform that reports in multiple languages.

- Business Systems Analyst for A & L Accounting Services Inc., working directly with the CEO. Moving their Excel workflows onto Karbon and QuickBooks Online cut cycle time 25%.
- Built Power BI dashboards and Python and PowerShell alerts that flag system problems as they happen, which cut issue response time 40%.
- AI Engineer for Multimedia Inc., building Mirqab: an agentic Python and SQLite system that researches and scrapes 32 news and social media sources on its own.
- It reads about 1,650 posts and articles a day and rates each one for tone and trending topics.
- Human reviewers who could not see its answers rated the same items, and agreed with the model 87% of the time.
- The same pipeline then writes the findings up as multilingual PDF, PowerPoint, and Excel reports, without anyone assembling them by hand.

### Software Architect & Full-Stack Developer — OnDemand MENA

2025-03 – 2025-12. Architected an AI-powered WhatsApp engagement platform for the Saudi market from zero to working product.

- Built a WhatsApp business platform for the Saudi and Gulf market on Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Prisma, and Redis, putting CRM, campaigns, events, and automation in one place.
- Each business runs in its own space on the same system, with its own data and its own WhatsApp messaging environment.
- Built a multilingual Gemini assistant that answers from live Google Search and the platform's own data, across 40+ conversation flows, tested by 75 closed-beta users.
- Shipped role-based access, Moyasar payments, CRM integrations, and a 52-table PostgreSQL database. Paid campaigns run on the platform brought in 12% more new customers.

### Web Developer Intern — TrackPoint.ai

2024-02 – 2024-05. Front-end development for an AI-powered communication-training platform.

- Built the front end of an AI interview-simulation platform covering MMI, medical-school panels, coding interviews, and sales scenarios.
- Built the practice screen itself: a virtual AI interviewer with custom question sets, live performance analytics, and badges for progress.
- Turned Figma designs into reusable React components, keeping spacing, type, and interaction states in step with the design file.
- Made the interface behave the same on a phone as on a laptop, and kept the practice flow usable by keyboard as well as mouse.
- Refined it over several rounds of user-testing feedback, tightening the steps people kept getting stuck on.
